What can I request?
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, objection, erasure, restriction or rectification under UK data protection law. Rights are subject to statutory conditions and exemptions.

Where possible, provide the camera ID or general area, approximate date and time, and the nature of your request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Response times
We respond within applicable statutory deadlines. Most subject access requests have a normal response period of one calendar month, subject to the relevant legal rules and exceptions.
Complaints
You may complain to USCN’s Data Protection Officer and, where appropriate, to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
