How long do we retain recordings?
Routine CCTV footage is automatically overwritten within a maximum of 31 days. Longer preservation requires an appropriate documented reason and authorisation.
Who can access footage?
Access is restricted to authorised personnel for legitimate purposes. Hosts cannot independently retrieve, administer or disclose recordings.
Can I request footage?
Yes. Contact our data protection team with the camera ID or general area, approximate date and time, and a description of your request. We assess requests under applicable law, including the rights of other people who may appear.
Police and other disclosures
Third-party requests are considered individually and are not automatically approved. Where disclosure is justified, appropriate redaction or other safeguards may be required.
